When booking an appointment via our website we may collect health and booking data from you. This includes details such as your name, email address, date of birth and any current or previous health conditions. This allows us to make contact with you in order to provide appointment reminders as well as allowing us to correctly diagnose your injury/condition and safely treat you without causing any harm. This is a legal requirement.
